Reception staff was very friendly. And my therapist, Cindy was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and really listened to where I wanted her to focus. It was a wonderful experience.

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the service I received. The receptionist was very helpful and thorough. The massage therapist was welcoming and extremely professional. She worked on areas that bothered me as well as addressing and working on other areas that needed attention. Her pressure level the entire time was fantastic and I felt more flexible & relaxed after the massage.

Overall, the experience was very good. The person who game me my facial and extraction made it just a great experience overall, and I did not notice any problems at all.

Last month I had requested my account be on hold as I had 7 services unused and needed time to catch up and use them. I don't want to keep paying for services I can't use up in time. I never got a response from anyone and was charged the full amount again. How can I get my account on hold again so that I can use up the services I already have credit for. Why was my request ignored. Can you make it easier to put holds on or at least get responses to our requests. I still haven't heard back.
