Hand and Stone

Last month I had requested my account be on hold as I had 7 services unused and needed time to catch up and use them. I don't want to keep paying for services I can't use up in time. I never got a response from anyone and was charged the full amount again. How can I get my account on hold again so that I can use up the services I already have credit for. Why was my request ignored. Can you make it easier to put holds on or at least get responses to our requests. I still haven't heard back.

I have a few massage therapists that I love and I really trust them to provide just what I want and need.

I have a wonderful massage technician that makes me feel safe and comfortable. My technician knows when I need extra support in areas that are tight or tense. The receptionist are very knowledgeable of the technicians and the right fit. They directed me to a tech that was helpful to my husband.

Sloane was friendly and did a fantastic job with my massage. She checked in with me often to make sure the pressure was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!

Alisha was my therapist and this was my first time having her. She was extremely professional and asked many questions to ensure that the experience was going well. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and even offered a breast pad (I believe that’s what she called it) to meet my needs. She has a therapeutic voice and works wonders. The front desk was also very quick to check me in as I made it to my appointment right at the scheduled time. Thank you to everyone for always making sure I have a great relaxing experience!

I signed with Hand &Stone the first day they opened. Have never had any complaints with anyone. Friendly, helpful,professional service everytime.
