5⭐️’s I absolutely love how easy it is to make an appointment the day of calling the front desk receptionist!! My schedule is crazy so I never book my appointments in advanced, but they always get me an appointment as soon as I call!! After receiving great customer service upon arrival, Jessica took good care of me during my facial session. She took the time to provide upgrades for my skin care!! Thank you Jessica!!

Tracie's deep tissue massages are SO GOOD. She is a fantastic massage therapist and I have been getting professional massages for over 20 years. Her style is my favorite! The spa is always clean, smells amazing and the staff is friendly every single time. Great experience!

The front desk staff are very kind and inviting. They check you in but also make sure you get water, know where the restrooms are, and are prepared for your services. My massage therapist is outstanding! She remembers me and my previous concerns, the level of conversation is perfect, and I always leave feeling revived!

Since I had a membership with another company, prior to H & S, I was able to make a ‘fair’ comparison between them both. Overall I like H & S better. The other facility has constant employee turnovers & shortages of ‘deep tissue’ therapists. 👍 as often as the other.
