The staff was wonderful and accommodating

Therapist canceled but I was rescheduled with someone else within 3 days, especially difficult since I had 1 1/2 hour slot. Handled very well and efficiently. I was pleased with the results.

Never had a bad experience at my Hand and Stone.

the overall experience was very relaxing and satisfying expecially the therapist. she kept me informed during the entire process and made me feel at eaze. I will be coming back in the near future for more sessions. thank you

I was impressed with the ambiance of the lobby. The massage room however didn’t seem to have the same zen feeling. It was fine, nothing was wrong except the lights were not dimmed enough in my opinion. I probably should’ve asked to dim the lights more but it was my first time there and didn’t want to be a pain. Also, the music wasn’t very “spa like”. My complaints are trivial and didn’t keep me from enjoying my massage. Tiffany was great and delivered a great deep tissue massage with hot stones. I was very happy & relaxed afterwards. I will be back for sure.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed the facials and massages. Wonderful way to start your day!

Love my Gwen she knows the products and which ones I need for my skin. My skin is looking much better.

The therapist I regularly use is gentle, addressing my concerns with the correct approach and appropriate pressure. She is thorough and caring throughout. My most recent massage was completely and ridiculously painful and the worst experience I have had. I did not address the problem at the time due as I was trying to be kind. I will return with my normal massage therapist and will not schedule with anyone else.

The massage always makes me feel refreshed. The staff is very friendly. Hand & Stone is very clean.
