Her generous spirit elevate everything within and without for 80 minutes of my minds eye vision of immersion in sublime nurturing. In these days of disconnect on the hamster wheel, a few moments of caring are all that’s needed for me to reconnect with myself and human connectedness. Words cannot express my gratitude.
