Everyone was friendly, environment was clean, service was perfect, it was a great experience.

This was my first experience at Hand & Stone. My daughter had given me a gift card. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I was asked if I needed the restroom or water so I didn't have to ask. The massage therapist was waiting for me so I did not have to spend any time waiting for my turn. Sarah was very professional and her massage was great! I enjoyed my experience there and will be back.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable, extremely nice and introduced me to the feet wax thing. She was awesome!

They were very friendly when I arrived. I never had a facial before so they explained everything and gave me all my options without being pushy. I felt very comfortable and I also joined the membership because of this. Can't wait to get other services done!
