Hand and Stone

My comments are noticed in all the questions asked in this survey. I really don't have much else to add.

Katalina is the BEST esthetician I've ever been to. I've been seeing her for about 4 months now, and after each facial & products I've purchased based off her recommendations my skin has NEVER looked better. My before and after photos are incredible. She's incredibly knowledgeable about what products I need, and explains the why behind each one.

Sheridan is awesome!!! Wish when I schedule added services that everything is not crammed into 50 minutes. It is not very relaxing when I feel the treatments are being rushed due to the time.

Staff are very friendly and Micah is a great massage therapist.

Robby is amazing. The receptionists are great.

I enjoy the staff and feel very welcome in the store. I am a member and enjoy services monthly. Facial one month and deep tissue massage the next. Sara G does my massage and Tristin does my facials. I ask for them when I book services because, for me, they do things the way I like them done.

I will having surgery which will not let me have massages for an undetermined length of time

The atmosphere is so clean and peaceful. My esthetician, Katalina, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of her products, her technique was so spot on and she just overall made the experience perfect. I will definitely recommend her and Hand and Stone to all my friends. One comment is the price was recently raised and I think it is a bit too high for a regular facial.

I was greeted with a smile when I came into the building. The staff was helpful to me. They answered all my questions. I was so happy when I left.

Shay was the best I’ve had. You would do well to keep her. Experienced, patient, knew exactly how to treat my problem.
