She specifically asked what me needs were and asked how she could meet them. I love the fact that she incorporated breathing into our session. Her breathing was relaxing me.

The therapist kept her appointment with me and was very professional. And the manager at this Hand and Stone was very helpful with making a appointment for me.

Traci was intentional on working the knots around my rolled ribs to help ease the pain. I was told she was great and I have told my friend who suggested her that she is very skilled.

I booked my massage the day before and was able to get in at a time convenient to me. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment only because I was mistaken about the location and had to re-route and didn’t feel that I had inconvenienced anyone. Everyone was very kind and sweet. I will definitely be back. I purchased the monthly membership and will be recommending them to all my friends.

My skin agrees with the plan my esthetician put together. It is must brighter and more healthy looking than it was. I always like the look of my skin when Jessica finishes.
