I always have a great experience with my therapist, Char. She knows my body and needs well and focuses her time on the areas that need the most attention at any given visit. This visit was no exception. She could feel the extra tension I had in my shoulders and neck on this visit and was able to alleviate most of it.

I always feel relaxed and enjoy the experience of either my facial or massage. All of the employees at Hand and Stone do an awesome job and I am pleased with my membership. It's nice to know that I can get a facial or massage once a month.

Everyone is always efficient and friendly when greeting and checking in. Serena constantly asks if there are any areas to focus on during the service.

Lisa is a wonderful massage therapist! She is very attentive to the areas which need so extra attention. She always asks about the pressure. She is very professional and friendly. I just love my massage time with her.
