I love coming to this location in Windermere, FL! The service is always great and you’re always greeted when walking in the door. Even when I’m running late, they’re there with smiling faces and never make me feel awkward. The girls at reception are the best! They are very knowledgeable about their products and if they happen to not know the answer they ask their manager - which I love. I love that this location is really good about texting and calling for reminders! I can’t always answer my phone at work but they are reliable to keep you updated. They opened up another location nearby a while back, but even though that one is a tiny bit closer, I still come here because of the ladies who work here - both reception massage therapists. Every session is comfortable and worth the money, and even if it wasn’t, I have confidence they’d make it right. Thank you!
