I regularly see Amanda located at the Windermere, FL location and I absolutely adore her. She is fantastic. As she is studying to be a nurse, she knows the stamina of the body extremely well and always listens to my problem areas and can tell when which muscle is pulling on what causing pain.

My original therapist called out but I was able to rebook same day. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the time to relax

I moved from NJ to FL. I had a membership for years in NJ and cancelled right before I moved. I was so happy to see H&S was 5 minutes from my new FL home - however it has been months since I came to H&S. I had an appointment at the FL location, it was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly - I renewed my membership and also bought gift certificates at my visit. Glad to be back with H&S. My therapist was wonderful.
