I appreciate the convenience and availability of massage appointments at the Windermere Hand & Stone. They’re almost always able to get me in on the day and time I want, and it’s a good value for the price paid.

My technician was AMAZING!

Every time I come to this location I feel well taken care of. The therapists always check in about needs before beginning.

It was the first time with the facial, and Renee relaxed me by being friendly and explaining everything she was doing. It was great experience.

Layal is great and she always checks i on how things are going!

The front desk is extremely helpful and the therapist was knowledgeable and great.

Brianna always considers my individual needs and concerns. I appreciate that she helped me develop a personalized skin routine to continue at home.

The only hic up are those forms we need to complete every time. They do no work on my app either. I come once a week and always have to fill them out. It should be done once, kept on file for customers who come often.

I shared a problem area with my massage therapist and she worked a little harder on that area which I appreciate. She is also very kind and calming. I feel like I get my moneys worth with the subscription.

Karla is fantastic! I can count on my monthly appointment for relaxation and stress relief. I would recommend Karla and this location to anyone who asks.
