Great massage, he worked on the specific areas I asked for help with. Left feeling great and much looser in the tight areas.

Massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. Massage was very much needed after a year and a half of a break. I didn’t realize there was an app for booking because online booking on a smartphone browser is not a great experience.

I only go to Miki. She has been massaging me for many years. Sheis really good at what she does.

The service providers were professional and they did exactly what I expected . One comment is that the LMP greased up my hair so I could not go anywhere but home after seeing Kavin. Stephanie was super fun, professional and sold.me what I hoped to buy. Got a real financial surprise when I returned to the front desk to pay full price even though I mentioned ahead of time since it has been years since I was an employee there for the Williams Family Business owners, I was not entitled to the $69.95 fee for either my facial or my massage. I was told by Aria the new manager for the new owner I would receive a phone call from the owner after the long holiday weekend. Told as a member for next month with my facials I would be reimbursed the huge price difference. No manager or representative or front desk person mentioned this policy prior to my dual services. So it was shocking after I had received my relaxing two hours. The massage therapist Kavi also told me he would no longer be working there at Kirkland Hand and Stone next month, next week, not available. Thanks for your support and time in reading my sincere comments.

Kallie is amazing. she is VERY knowledgeable and always has suggestions on my wellness and things to help my individual physical issues. she will take the time to show me specific anatomy on Google to make sure I completely understand what my issue is. She is on my top 2 of massage therapists by far; and I have been getting massage for over 25 years.
