Hello, Overall my experience was great except for one item. The massage therapist Riann was EXCELLENT and I want to come back. I had one issue - when I called to check the credits available I was told it was two massages. My sister is a long time customer and she transferred two credits for me to try out hand & stone. I am a new customer to this location. I did try the Mill Creek several years ago. When I checked out, I was told that the massage used up 2 credits. I was really disappointed to learn this AFTER my massage and feel it should have been addressed up front. I would like to ask that I receive one credit for another massage and then will consider membership. Thanks! Carla Pagotto 425-877-3054

LOVE the Kirkland WA store. However, I do think that the Texas store (where I am forced to keep my membership ) is engaged in complete THIEVERY. I have paid thousands of dollars over the last 4.5 years and to have 16 credits taken away because the person I spoke to there didn’t understand what happens when someone wants to cancel their membership is ROBBERY. I am now being forced to reinstate my membership and pay a monthly fee in order to get my 16 credits back. This is a scam and unethical business practice. Very very VERY disappointed with the Texas store.

Cynthia is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and soft music is wonderfully calming. The entire staff is warm and welcoming.

I am very active with exercise and household/gardening chores. My body needs soothing and correcting to get back out there again. Massage is at the top of my needs, wants, and enjoyment. It is very much appreciated.
