I have worked with both Miki and Kalli. Both are exceptional persons in terms of friendliness and knowledge of the body.I have spent more time with Kalli because her depth of massage is more to my taste, but I could recommend either highly.

Tom is very skilled, seems to have a great knowledge of the workings of the muscles and connective tissue and what works to help you relax and alleviate pain.

at first I booked online and got an email that someone would call to confirm my appt. no one called so I called in and made the appt. the receptionist said she didnt have anything stating I had booked online. Online appt could use some work. Otherwise my experience was wonderful.

I LOVE the therapist Thomas. He does a fabulous massage, love his pressure. He is always on time and respects my requests for treatment to certain areas. Only complaint is that he has a VERY limited availability and I have found few other therapists at this location that can deliver his same pressure.

I’ve had memberships at other spas, but this spa surpasses them all in terms of ambience, specialists, and their customer service. Just an overall great spa with very reasonable prices

I have had a great experience with my membership at Hand and Stone Kirkland. Of all the locations, I am most likely to get an appointment there when I need it and I feel like I am getting a great value for my membership. Never had a bad experience there!
