It was a very relaxing experience all around. I was even offered a heated neck wrap while I water for my appointment. I did find the construction that was happening one wall over a little frustrating...Loud drill sounds during an expensive massage was kind of dissapoinginting; thankfully it only lasted for maybe 5-10 mins. Over all, good experience and will be back!
