Warm and welcoming. Room was very clean. Therapist answered all my concerns and massage her xpectations.

Very nice facility, knowledge of massage therapist and his listening to my specific needs.

I really felt welcome by everyone. I really enjoyed the massage and the offer of type of stones to use--chose Himalayan to try something new. I wanted to note the website had an issue--it didn't indicate that my appointment was successful when I booked online and it didn't offer me to schedule two treatments at once as it cited it would. I tried to re-book and the time I had chosen was not available. I checked my junk folder and there was a confirmation email. I made the second facial appointment for the same day as back-to-back treatments and the same thing happened. I was using my Mac computer at work (aka boat anchor) so that could have caused the issue. I ended up joining a membership and I hope that I have the time to use it. Although I was offered a free service in the next 6 months, it wasn't indicated at offer time it was restricted to Mon-Thurs, which I may never be able to use since I work late those days.

Allison is a very good massage therapist and does a great job relieving aches/pains and issues.

Silvyia is very knowledgeable about skin care. I trust the options she provides for my older skin. My facial skin has never been in better hands.

I am extremely impressed by the skilled personal staff and ambiance!

Sylvia did my facial. She was quite knowledgeable, friendly and I could tell she was well experienced. She was not pushy but did give me options to think about doing next time I come in and what to do in the meantime.

I liked the fact that there was no music in the room. I liked the fact that the esthetician did not try to sell me products. I liked the fact that the room was warm and everything was done in a timely manner. Also liked the fact that the esthetician did not leave the room during the facial.

Ryan is excellent with massages, and strives to continue adding to his skill set. He's great with adjusting treatment to needs. Sylvia was quite knowledgeable, and ensured treatment was appropriate for my needs

Was able to get next day and same day appointments. Felt immediately welcomed and valued. Was asked my preferences and then my service was adjusted to meet my needs.
