The assistant manager handled a problem with billing in a very professional and guest first manner. The receptionist was friendly and quickly informed me of the changing schedule of my preferred massage therapist.

Attitude is always great and therapist listen and address concerns.

Allison and Eleanor were great. Alison was particularly knowledgeable and clearly a master of her craft. She listened to my needs and tailored my massage accordingly. Eleanor was a great conversationalist as well and my skin looks great! I took my mother-in-law with me and she and I both had a wonderful time and left very relaxed.

My esthetician listened to me and my concerns regarding my skin . She tailored the visit to my needs. She was not pushy to sell me add on services or products.

I received my first facial here and was extremely happy. I will be going back for sure! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The lobby, rooms and restrooms are very clean. My facial was fantastic and my skin feels wonderful.

The facilities were very clean. I really enjoyed the Microdermabrasion facial. I've never had one before. The esthetician did a really good job. I didn't realize that I would be getting a massage as well. It was very relaxing, which I really needed!

The reception area is wonderfully calming. The front desk associates are warm and friendly. I wish there was a more discreet way of tipping. Rather than the front desk associates asking "would you like to add a tip," they should offer a paper for you to write down an amount. I know there are envelopes, but those appear to be for cash tips. The online booking system appears to not work half the time I want to book an appointment. I prefer booking online and not having to call.

Emerald is a great esthetician because she listens to and understands my needs for my skin. She is easy to talk to. She also communicates in a way that I understand what I need to do for my skin.

Retha, at Hand & Stone, did a great job in trying to take care of me. I came in with a very stiff neck and she worked the upper shoulders and the neck, gently yet firmly enough to help me out. The hot towels at the end of the massage were also fabulous! My neck was very immobile, so I assumed that the problem would not go away. She agreed, but she certainly gave me more mobility than when I walked in. She listens well and worked on areas that were important. Staff setting up my appointment were also very helpful and friendly. The place is clean, nice appointments in waiting room & massage room. Of course, I'll continue coming back!
