The Therapist. Fantastic and so therapeutic. Wow what relief

Friendly staff welcomed me upon arrival. Therapist was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job working out knots without it being painful.

The therapist had a good manner, setting me at ease immediately. He was knowledgeable and addressed all the areas that we had discussed prior to the massage. During the massage I experienced a cramp away from the area that was being worked on. The therapist quickly moved over to ease the pain then resumed the massage with out missing a beat. At the conclusion of the massage I was very relaxed and pain free. I would see this therapist again. A very good experience.

I had a poor experience with the last facial (my regular and wonderful esthetician retired) in Bellevue. This person focused on massaging the back of my neck and had negative things to say about my previous facial person. Silviya was excellent! Very knowledgeable, expert skills, and she CARED about me and making sure I have the tools to take care of my facial skin. I will be returning to Silviya on a regular basis for as long as I continue my membership. I look forward to my massage in Kirkland today. My hopes are high she has the experience with a stone massage that I prefer.

Darius works wonders!!! He is efficient, knowledgeable, and talented. I appreciate that he tends to my specific needs.

All was great. The person who booked my appointment was very nice but had a thick accent when speaking on the phone. I would suggest someone else man the phones as I was not able to understand most of what she was saying.
