Booking my appointment was very easy and several appointment times were available that fit with my schedule. Staff at check in/check out were very friendly, helpful, and able to answer the questions I had. My massage therapist was very nice and the massage was excellent. The massage room was calming and relaxing.

I LOVE Silvia! And Baylee the receptionist is always so friendly and warm! Everyone at Hand and Stone Kirkland is super accommodating and personable - it's my favorite spa I've ever been to! My skin had improved SO much since I have starting taking Silvias advice and using the products she has suggested.
