Everyone was friendly

The woman who did my facial was very nice and I think did a great job. The room was very nice and comfortable. I overall enjoyed the experience.

The staff is wonderful and the establishment is well kept. Check in was easy and the staff was very knowledgeable about products and services. I highly recommend any of the massage therapists and estheticians at the Kirkland location!

Ryan provided an excellent service addressing my back and neck concerns. The location is well run and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a quality massage. I walked in and was promptly helped. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was told about different services that I might be interested in, but not in a pushy and overbearing manner. I will definitely be back.

It has been hard to schedule an appointment at times that works for me in the past months. The therapists I liked left. I didn't like a few of the massages I got in the past.

I felt it was a lot more stretching than massaging.

I tipped my massage therapist very generously and the two older people behind the desk a man and woman made me feel uncomfortable. I am a little over weight and they were judgmental of my looks.
