Most of the massage was more like a chiropractic adjustment than the relaxing massage I expected. The front desk asked for extra $10 saying my massage gift card did not cover it. They finally agreed to not require but stressful way to end what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

All in all satisfied. A recommendation is to have better boosters for the legs. The ones you have are so small that can barely tell legs are elevated. I prefer for my back to be supported more, which means a bigger booster.

Your worker was not vaccinated. This should be public knowledge before you are being worked on without a mask. I don’t feel comfortable seeing my granddaughter for 2 weeks. I believe you should share this upfront, or require your staff to be vaccinated.

I hoped for more massaging of face and scalp muscles because that is something I can’t do for myself. I did say as much in my intake form and with the esthetician. I liked her and this was just our first time working together so I think I could be more direct at the outset next time :)

The receptionist was fairly new and was not very knowledgeable. I realize she is learning, but the girl next to her wasn’t really helping her either with answering my questions.

She was fabulous and it was a relaxing hour however she did not do any extractions or address the forehead bumpiness I mentioned. I filled out a pre appointment form and she appeared to have not read it. She asked me questions that I had already answered. Ex “Do you wear sunscreen?” It seemed like a waste of my time to have filled the form out.
