No real reason other than I always feel rushed when it comes time to pay. The services are great, it may just be me but I feel like I should not linger and look at the products or ask about services. Could be a Covid things as well with not wanted customers in close proximity to others.

My appointment was scheduled to start at 2:15, but I didn’t get checked in until 2:20, and my massage ended at 3:10 so it really wasn’t an hour massage.

I dont appreciate how the receptionist came at me the the thermometer gun pointed at my head when I first walked in the door without asking first. I pointed it out to him after my massage that he should ask as not everyone is comfortable having it pointed at their head. He said that is procedure but just didnt want to hear me out on how to ask for consent. He had horrible communication skills and wouldnt give eye contact. I felt very uncomfortable with his unfriendly attitude.

The estheticians I use to see are no longer there. I've always had the moist air blowing, but not this time. Overall, it was a nice facial.

I'd say the service was...fine. Nothing more, nothing less. The aesthetician asked which style of facial I wanted, but never told me I was agreeing to a $20 added cost by answering that hydration was my concern. The over-communication in booking also frustrated me. This was just a simple facial and I've had 7 emails, 2 texts, and a phone call. Nine contacts. It's waaaaay overkill.

Due to the lack of therapists I was not able to book with the therapist that I have worked with for the last couple years for a couple months out..

My aethetiscian's hands were very cold when she first touched my face along with shockingling cold lotions. I commented 3 times oh which she replied, "i know, sorry". Certianly my pores were clenching up vs opening with the very appliucation of the lotions. After the 3rd time she did put a mask in the towel warmer to heat it up which was MUCH better, also she attempted to rub the lotions in her hands longer to warm up her hands and the lotions before applying to my face. She did resolve my issues, but not until the second last lotion, and I'm not sure if it's the temperature of the room (making the lotions colder) but I would never have another facial with Hand and stone.

The receptionists are wonderful. Niki, is a very skilled massage therapist. I like to receive massage as often as I can for medical reasons and also for stress relief. Niki gives suggestions of helpful stretches to try each day.

Prepaid services were not rendered. Scalp and foot massage adders. Had to call to find out if the promised refund was applied. Promised email confirmation was not provided.

The female receptionist was a bit standoffish when I was inquiring about the transfer of packages from my sister. In the past, I was able to use 2 for a 2 hour massage and only had to pay $10 for the transfer since it was the same visit. She told me that I just "got lucky" that I didn't have to pay more and that there was nothing she could do about it. Nick, while checking me out after the massage, was VERY helpful in at least trying to see if they can honor that price for my upcoming 2 hour appts. He was very empathetic after I explained my husband has lost his job during the pandemic. I am very frustrated that I have to pay for something that has already been paid for by my sister. My sister moved out of the area and left me as her "beneficiary" for her packages.
