Well, I'm very picky about massage therapists so it would be hard to get highly satisfied. I would love more relzxing massage mixed with pressure on knotted muscles. Sometimes the younger therapists always do very intense "sports-like" massages. This therapis was very good - I would ask for him again for deep pressure knots...but I would LOVE a more swedish style massage now and then. :)

During the checkout process, the front desk was going to charge me full retain when I still had a membership visit remaining on my account. The problem was resolved but it never should have come up since we discussed this on the phone prior to my visit.

Service good, therapists usually good. The value and appointment availability are my only concerns.

The receptionist I store with to schedule, Nick, was not very friendly and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience when I requested scheduling both my massage and facial on the same day. My experience at the spa was nice but my interaction with this person over the phone was very off-putting.

My massage therapist is no longer there. Although Nicky was good, I want to try other therapists that may suit me better.

The oil they used smelled like old oil and made me feel disgusted and uncomfortable. The smell was in the face rest and made the experience very unpleasant. Receptionists were very cold and not welcoming

Twice I've requested a add on service when booking the appointment and not received the add on. The most recent time I requested aroma therapy and did not receive the treatment. The massage was great and I really enjoy the massage therapist I utilize, but I had to let the front desk know that it didn't happen and not to charge me for it.

I don’t feel any establishment should be rated high, it would take a lot for me to rate that. And to ask me why? Well that annoys me, please except my answers for my experience on 7/3. I’m ok, this experience is new for us and going to the spa won’t be the same especially if we are paying the same ad the add on services are rising which leads me to stay with the basics. My benefit and member ship supported you for 4 months and all I got from it was 1 free treatment. Thank you as I will continue value my treatments as time goes in.

Loved the experience overall. I do wish they had neck support/pillow during a facial, left with a sore neck. Would also like a bigger bolster for my legs to support my back.
