It was fine. It was great. But I wish it wasn’t so expensive. With a tip it’s $100. Too expensive for me to come as often as I wish

Masseuse was friendly but did not work on areas I mentioned. My facial ended 10 minutes early.

For the most part things went smoothly. But seemed like the one receptionist didn’t know how to work the pay system and almost had to pay for the service outright because she couldn’t get the gift cards I had received to work.

I believe my massage therapist has a minimal level of massage. Although her massages are good I have experienced higher trained therapists and would enjoy finding someone with more training.

The facial was amazing and relaxing and very thing expected but I was kept a bit long on the table prior to the procedure starting.

I would like my appointment to start on time. Each time I come to Hand and Stone facial or massage begin 10 minutes after my appointment time. But the appointment is always over exactly on the hour, making an hour long appointment really only 45-50 minutes. I would like to receive 60 minutes of massage or facial if I book a 60 minute appointment. A better scheduling process is needed.

My massage therapist aggressively massaged a "knot" on the side of my neck to the point that it was highly uncomfortable. Upon leaving, I realized he had been going after a lymphnode on my neck. It is still sore days later. I'm not sure if massage therapists need to know all anatomy, but confusing a lymphnode for a muscle knot that "wouldn't budge" seems a bit sketchy.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the gal that answered the phone asked me to spell my name 3 times and then called me by a completely different name. The second time I called in which was a few days later, she scheduled my massage. Another receptionist called the day after and let me know there was a scheduling error and that they would comp my massage. I liked the massage, but ended up getting the same girl again that had screwed up twice with me and she told me that I had to pay the full amount. I explained to her that it was apparently comped and then she laughed and said oh yeah I guess it is sorry I didn’t see the notes.

I am unhappy with the fact that I can not divide one session to have a 90 min massage. instead, I have to pay for a 1/2 hour out of pocket.
