When requesting essential oils- $10 I feel that a diffuser in the room would be a more effective way to get the most of the cost. Maybe a diffuser plugged into nearby would be nice.

I would be more satisfied if the massage therapist spend more time on the areas I needed more attention to.

Had a little snafu with the appointment scheduled. We had our appointment scheduled for 6 pm. But my appointment was in the computer for 5:30. They fixed it so my husband and I had our appointments at the time we scheduled them.

My first appt was for a massage and it turned out he was off that day and not removed from the books for scheduling. Had to leave and come back for facial. Facial was no cost due to error.

I booked online with one person and when I arrived I had a different one.

I booked an 80 minute massage, ad I received a 70 minute massage.

I'm someone who likes a very quiet massage and the therapist was very friendly (which is nice) and wanted to chat. I tried to give her cues that I didn't want to talk and she did finally stop trying. And the lights were a little bright for my comfort.

I wanted to be covered more and felt uncomfortable with that. For example, at the end I was cold and I mentioned it. The blanket was on top and not folded down at the end. The therapist turned up from the heat on table.

I would rate not highly satisfied due to price point. Although I have limited experience with facials. Perhaps the "message" potions of the facial could apply more pressure?

Given the fact that the massage time is not a full 1 hour the price for members should be lower or take the appointment time to 1 hour.
