I was told that the session would of 60 minutes duration but the person who did my facial spent only about 45 minutes. I expected a good facial cleansing and little massage to the face which didn’t happen.

I expected that since I book an hour facial with the add-on of some waxing, my appointment would extend an hour because I had waxing done in three areas. I felt the facial was rushed to accommodate for the waxing.

I called multiple times to make an appointment and was told no availability with Sylvia. Also the front area was ready to leave even though there was over an hour left before closing. They already put up the water and thought it was funny by laughing that they already put it away. I never had this happen to me at ProClub or Gene Juarez. Is this to demonstrate how untrained or unprofessional your front reception is comparatively? Very disappointed but the facial person, Sylvia went to the back area to go and get me a water.

I have had facials in the past and while I was satisfied I felt somewhat rushed. Everything needed to be done in one hour and since I added on a service it seem like it was not enough time. It needs to be clear to clients any add on will be squeezed into that one hour time slot.

I book a 80 min massage and I always get 75min. Dont know why. Please fix that. Thanks

The associate that I had was very new (3 weeks post training) and therefore I don't feel he did as well addressing my concerns that I discussed with him.

I was offered s accepted a free hot stone therapy. Never received it during massage session.

I think to be highly satisfied there would need to be something unique and up and beyond a regular experience. Maybe a product trial in the lobby before your massage? Or, maybe a convincing upsell of a product that in offered there? Maybe give a card that a person can give out to bring new people in and then they both get a credit?
