I had not been able to use four months worth of membership fees. When I did schedule an appointment with an added treatment and purchase, I was told that I could not use any of my accumulated membership fees for these services. Therefore, I decided that I needed to end my membership because I am accumulating services faster than I can use them. Frankly, I am disappointed in your policy, not your staff. They are friendly and professional.

I filled out the form indicating an interest in firm pressure. There was no check on that during the appointment. Having said that, I was very relaxed

The therapist added hot stones thinking it would go deeper into the muscle. I didn’t like that it took a lot of the time away from hands/pressure. Felt like I didn’t get as much pressure and hands on while using stones(I did not purchase or request). Likewise, time was not managed. A full body- they did not massage arms or hands and just stretched legs. Again too much time with stones on back which was not paid for in a deep tissue.

The one who did the facial didn’t say anything about my face, what shape it was in, what I needed. She didn’t tell me what she was putting on my face.

My facial with Sylvia was terrific! My massage however wasn’t the best. She didn’t ask for any feedback and the pressure was less than desirable.

I had called in response to an advertised special, and I had to remind the front desk and the therapist twice, as if it was unusual to do a massage with a facial afterwards. The transition between services was awkward, carrying my clothes in a basket, and I had to go looking for one of my socks in the massage room afterwards. Just lucky that no one was using the room.

This was a good service. Highly Satisfied is for "above and beyond" in my book. I do wish you had more detail online regarding your therapists (training, specializations, experience, time with the company, etc.)

I felt welcome upon arrival at the salon. My massage therapist remembered my aches and pains from my last visit and asked me about them. My massage therapist is a great masseuse.

Esthetician tries to upsell additional services during facials. Wish the esthetician will only recommend products and focus on the facial during treatment. Even with the membership monthly facial, always having to pay an extra $75 on services I didn’t attend on getting.

the esthetician burned my skin in several places while doing eyebrows waxing.
