It was very difficult to understand the receptionist booking the appointment on the phone. When I needed clarification, because I could not understand her well, she did not understand my questions. So I just gave up.

The esthetician was a bit pushy with products and upgrades. I understand mentioning something once but three or more times seems excessive.

I felt the procedures themselves were cut short and/or rushed. I was sold on two upgrades and had expressed interested in a third, but the information wasn’t passed along (which then ate into the appointment time) and the esthetician missed it which then led to an incomplete feeling experience.

In most areas, I noted that I was highly satisfied. I believe that the service and value were great. It does seem like this is a new business and the staff is friendly and helpful yet somewhat new and learning. Nothing is wrong with that. We are have started new jobs and continue to learn. The waiting area is small and feels as if it is hidden behind products for sale. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and look forward to continuing my membership.

I love it here and the staff are very friendly. I just didn’t like the massage I received. This is a first because in the past it was wonderful. I just need to try someone else. My massage guy was nice. Just not for me.

My therapist was great! Very knowledgeable. Wish she spent a little more time on my problem areas though. The lotion/oil also didn’t smell great afterwards which would be nice.

I have always asked for a therapist that provides deep tissue and wasn't charged additional previously. So I was surprised that I was charged an additional $10 for what turned out to be my 40 minute massage.

All service providers were too pushy about selling product and adding services. This reduced the enjoyment and relaxation of the experience.
