The massage room was very cold, making it difficult to relax. if the central heating is not working, space heaters should be provided.

There is always room for improvement. I have learned over the years by given all "10'S" people tend to become to relax.

For me, "Highly Satisfied" implies exemplary over achievement relative to my expectations. My expectations were met, at a reasonable price point. The therapist was good, room clean, and front desk ran smoothly, staff knowledgeable, booking was fairly smooth. I expected that to be the case. I will likely return for another visit.

The intro rate was fine, but the regular rate is much to expensive for the value. I am not likely to return at full price.

We had a little mixup with using our membership packages (my boyfriend’s visit used one of mine instead of his own). We weren’t charged for the exchange, which is great, but if he wants to give one back to me in the future, we might be.
