Massage was relaxing, just the right amount of pressure. The therapist was silent and didn’t talk during the session. I really liked that, I could totally relax my mind and body.

I have yet to have a negative experience at the Kirkland H&S. Reception is always helpful and friendly and I look forward to seeing Sarah each month for a facial. She is super passionate about skin care and truly cares about giving great service and product suggestions!

Meagen was great! She took the time to address my specific skin goals, was very knowledgeable, & fun to talk to. The spa is very clean & tranquil. I arrived a little late for my appointment, but everyone was gracious and understanding.

My highest marks go to Miki, my massage therapist. Other than Miki I didn't experience anything exceptional. The place is always clean and has an inviting interior.

Jonathon is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is really amazing. I have had a lot of massage but he is so in tune to what is going on with the body and he really listens.

I made my appointment last minute and was able to get in the same day. When I arrived I forgot my gift card but the front desk staff was able to locate in my account for use. All staff including my esthetition were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience that brightened my day.
