My facial was so relaxing, my skin which is usually dry, felt so plump and hydrated for a day or two following my appointment.

I always feel comfortable and I see that the staff care. They are super helpful with making appointments. I like that you use real cloth towels in the bathroom. My only suggestion would be to leave some extras underneath as one time there were none.
