Tim is a wonderful massage therapist. The massage took care of all my needs. He’s also professional and made me feel very comfortable. I will go back to him again.

The overall experience is always a pleasurable one. My only complaint is that it is very hard to book appointments, since they are always booked!!

all of my visits to hand and stone are always on par with excellent service. the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. my therapist is always taking my concerns into consideration and periodically checks in with me during the appointment to note any requested changes. overall this spa is beyond excellent.
