I love the service I receive from my massage therapist Tim and my esthetician. Both are absolutely fabulous and extremely good at their jobs. My only issue with Hand & Stone is the plan of going up on the price of loyal members who staid paying their membership through the entire pandemic to $79.00 a month. I don't think loyal members should have their prices raised, but new members should be charged the increase.

The anestitician was very helpful in determing the best type of facial for my problem area. She was very thorough in explaining how the process would work. She also recommended a new product that she used that would continue to help with my problem area.
