Always a positive experience every time I go.

i really like everything about the experience with the exception of one thing.....the up sell. I would have liked to just speak on the phone about what I needed and then be able to walk in and get a facial. It is hard when you are laying on the table to listen and process all the upcharges for different things you might want or not want. It is uncomfortable and it starts off the facial in an unrelaxed atmosphere. I loved each person there, i just wish I was able to go in, get the facial, relax and leave.

Laura was extremely knowkedgable, professional and friendly. The receptionist was great too.

The therapist was very welcoming and interested in what my concerns were. He was knowledgeable and I left feeling much better than when I came in.

I liked the estetichian knowledge and answer for any question that I may have had. I would definately ask for her again.

The therapist Tim was not only personable,knowledgeable and friendly but was able to get the knots and kinks out of my back and neck. Does a fantastic job of using just the right amount of oil and pressure to get the job done right !

Tim, my massage therapist for my visit could not have been nicer and worked very hard to relieve my aches that I walked in with. The salon was very relaxing and had a great ambiance when you walked in. The receptionist was helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in.

The receptionist was very nice and attentive. My therapist came over to my chair and greeted me and was very nice and was very quiet during the massage other than asking me about pressure and checking on if I was ok which I appreciated.

Hand and Stone employs some of the best massage therapist I have had over the years. They listen and are skilled in their area. I walk out feeling fresh and present.
