The therapist took time to understand a recent health issue and avoided areas that couldn’t be massaged. She advised regarding follow up with her and health practices related to muscles and stretching. Gina was excellent as always!!

I haven’t had a massage in years and after having 2 kids it was such a great escape. The pressure was perfect and it was an excellent way to wind down for the day. It was a great way to spend my me time that week.

I was in the market for massage therapy to relieve migraine and tension headaches. I walked into Hand & Stone seeking information on services available, and Kameron was recommended as the ideal massage therapist for my issues. Fortunately, he was available that afternoon, and although I realize the benefits of massage are temporary, it prompted me to purchase membership so that I can enjoy regular services at the spa.

I absolutely loved my massage and everything about it. From the second Gina got me from the waiting room I could tell I was going to enjoy my massage. Gina was friendly and took care of all my problem areas, she really knew what she was doing and she was very kind and asked me about pressure and if what she was doing felt ok, she could hold a conversation and really cared about why my problem areas were bothering me. It was all around a great experience and I have been feeling so much better since.

Mackenzie was a terrific massage therapist. She confirmed with me the details of what I needed. After the massage my painful back felt much better. The experience was very relaxing and I would definitely use her again.

Aaron is a wonderful esthetician. Very friendly, knowledgeable and bubbly

Compared to my experience a couple of years ago, there has been a 100% improvement in the staff and management. I was very pleased with the changes at the East Brunswick location.
