Everyone was so friendly. It was convenient to schedule my appointment.

Cleanliness, staff, massage were great. It would be nice to have soft music & insence in the room.

The ability to feel comfortable with a massage therapist makes the experience 100% better. My therapist provided the perfect firmness while applying my massage. The professionalism that was exhibited during the massage by the therapist provides the desire forme to want to return to the same location and use the same therapist.

Raven was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was excellent at providing the services and explained what she was doing as we went. She gauged her level of interaction very well. Looking forward to another facial with Raven. Please provide your employees with protective eye gear if they are working with LED treatments.

I feel as a member that has been a member for a while the membership that increases should not be applied to your prior members. Should re-evaluate that area and take inconsideration or what your members say.
