Shane is excellent & knowledgeable. In the past I have had Carol Ann for my facials. When I went to book another appointment I was told she no longer is at H&S. This has happened to me several times with my massage especially and facials too. I think you have a big turnover. It seems like you can’t keep your experienced workers at you facility. That does concern me.

Marie is an excellent therapist. I would recommend her to anyone.

The woman is almost always at the front desk is a doll. They book my apts with out me asking every week which is perfect. I have told them I want monday at 4 with tim until one of us moves lol Tim is one of the best therapists I have ever used. I have a bad back and MS and he is the only thing that helps. Just pay him whatever he wants. He is a one in a million therapist. On top of being amazing at his work he is kind, friendly and accommodating. What more can you ask???
