Office and staff were great! I just moved to Texas and this came up on a Facebook ad and I had done it before in CA. I will shop around and see if any other salons have better promotions on the Cryo facial. All other services I’ve booked here so far (hair, lashes) have been less than CA, but this one was more. The Orange County salon had regular promotions with Cryo facial AND read light treatment or Cryo facial AND another signature facial for $150.

From the moment you walk in - everyone is pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and positve. I often come in tense, but truely relaxed once I leave. My last 2 visits I signed up for dual services with my daughter and we have not been disappointed. Everyone is amazing, but Tiffany hands down is exceptional. Love everyone here

My therapist is the best and she applies the perfect pressure. I also appreciate that she does not have a conversation during the massage unless I choose to do so. The receptionist also answered all of my questions and was super sweet.

My massage therapist was great. The receptionists were nice. I canceled my membership a couple months ago after online sent me to a different location even though I started at the 7th street shop on the website. I was so frustrated over that experience because I was charged a credit even though the website sent me to a massage therapist across town and there was no way I could make it. The other store was not helpful at all and didn’t really care that the website was the problem. But I still had credits available so I gave it a try again, this time calling the 7th Street location directly so I could make sure I wasn’t kicked to a different store. I’m glad I did. But I definitely won’t be using the website to book an appointment again and if the problem isn’t fixed, the website should not be used for booking appointments.

Great massage therapist. Great salon. Wonderful experience.

I was very impressed by the recommendation the esthetician suggested. I had never heard of it and therefore would not have requested it but I loved it. I had thought about canceling my membership before the appointment just because money is tight and I feel a little guilty splurging on this but seeing the difference this made to my skin made me want to try harder to take care of it and keep coming back.

Worked out a lot of the problem spots I had. Used techniques I hadn’t experienced before but definitely did the job. Overall great experience.

Jessica was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
