Hand and Stone

Front desk staff was super friendly. My massage was amazing. I made a last minute massage due to knots in my should making it hard to move my arm. She did an amazing job working them out and I felt better by the time I left. It was so great I got a monthly membership. Cant wait to go back.

I guess I was a little confused at check-out because the therapist said I had an upgrade/freebie, and I didn't quite understand I guess because I did have rewards point used to upgrade the massage to himalayan but thought that the other stuff was included (aromatherapy/cbd oil for scalp massage), so the total at the end surprised me. It's a little my fault for not clarifying and I didn't mind because it was a great massage overall, but maybe a little more upfront communication such as "you have a freebie upgrade massage and do you want these add-ons which will be at an additional cost?"

As a first time ever having a massage I really enjoyed it. I felt very relaxed and felt a lot of pressure relieved! I definitely will be coming soon

I absolutely love my aesthetician, Kristyn. I have seen multiple staff for facials, and Kristyn is the only one that has been knowledgeable and passionate about my specific skin concerns. She is so kind and one of the best people at Hand and Stone; She is the only reason I continue my membership.

Therapist very knowledgeable and knew where to focus on my body

My experience has been easy and effective every single time. There isn’t one thing that I’ve thought could be better. My massage therapist, Sam, is knowledgeable and respectful and very professional!

Robin, my therapist, made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. She incorporated techniques that made the massage even better. I felt great after she finished and will definitely be back.
