From the receptionist to Robyn my therapist, my word friendly, & took great care of me. Although I live in Burleson the service I received will have me driving to Forth Worth. Thank all of you beautiful ladies, you made my week.

Service met expectations, very satisfied

The receptionist who checked me out and booked my next appointment helped me understand the membership program. Another tried, but kept contradicting herself. This lady was clear, concise, pleasant, and helpful.

The massage therapist provided recommendations for aftercare and taking care of my muscles. The appointment was punctual. The environment was relaxing.

I've been a long-time member of Hand & Stone. The ambiance is always great, and even though my usual therapist recently left, the therapist I go to now (Samuel) is attentive, kind, and gives a very good massage.

I was comfortable and welcome in the waiting area. The appointment was on time and all the products smelled so wonderful.

Alissa, was delightful, and exceptionally good The ladies at the front desk were most helpful. and, after I got home, I had a question about the charge, and Maria, the Manager called me right back with a clear and good answer.
