I’ve been going to see Robyn since she started with Hand and Stone. I even started going to the Fort Worth location even though the Mansfield location is 1 mile from my house. When I joined I was paying $49 per month. You raised it to $59 per month and I was okay with that. You raised it again to $69 per month and I am not okay with that. During the pandemic you were closed but I continued my membership even though I couldn’t get in for an appointment. There should be some consideration for those of us that never cancelled. Does my loyalty not mean anything to you?

VIRGINIA IS AMAZING!!! Truly one of the most talented, knowledgable, kind, professional, and strong massage therapists I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot). She sold me on Hand and Stone and is the reason I got a membership, am telling all my friends to go see her/join, and am already booked to come back! Thank you!!

Great customer service, clean area, Olivia was very professional, knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable and the massage was wonderful.
