All around great experience. Receptionists, Stephanie-esthetician, decor, feeling of relaxation. I'd be back sooner but I just don't treat myself like this very often.

Dominique is the best masseuse I have ever had. She spends just the right amount of time on each area in order to provide total body relaxation. The warm towels are one of the best parts of the massage. The total experience from check in to check out at Hand and Stone is always excellent!

This was my first experience at a 'chain' massage spa, but more frequent self employed LMTs. Marie on the phone was very helpful and explained things very friendly and clearly. Olivia was excellent at reading my body, and she focused on where the attention was needed. I was overall impressed with my whole experience, and I signed up as a member and plan to send my husband too!
