The massage is good, my last appointment I was greeted by name, a d the front desk was very professional. The downfall is that there are hidden promotions. I was not told of my points, as a customer. I shouldn't have to ask each time I come in, nor should I have to read fine print that feel like I'm studying for orientation. The manager was cut and dry when I spoke with her, not rude and didn't try to keep me there when I told her I was discontinuity membership. Its not hard to keep someone there, but if we don't feel valued and are missing out on. Points well leave. Thanks

All staff members were polite. I felt as though my problem area was well focused on and felt a difference at the end of my session. I felt as though my massage therapist was knowledgeable.

Professional and clean. The pressure of the massage was just right. Not too soft not painful. I felt the knots in my back being squeezed out.

I have been a member at Hand and Stone for a couple of years now, and I'm very satisfied with my massage therapist, Queen. She's consistent, thoughtful, and very good at what she does. I have never left feeling unhappy or dissatisfied with her services, or that of Hand and Stone in the Cultural District. Everyone is kind, professional, and helpful.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable about my skin and concerns. She made recommendations for me to try including Dermitologica products. It was so relaxing and enjoyable.
