I thought it was a good value. The spa was attractive & calming . I liked lady who gave my facial .

Dominique took the time to welcome me and ascertain my concerns. She checked on the pressure to insure it was correct. Phenomenal massage and left very relaxed.

The receptionist was welcoming. Jenny was friendly and provided a very good massage. I was very happy with the experience and will be back.

Overall just a very good customer service experience. The problem areas I addressed on the signin sheet were taken into consideration. I normally don’t talk but my therapist has a lot in common with me which helped in attacking the areas mentioned

Robyn Guthrie is an amazing massage therapist. She always does a great job and really focuses on the therapeutics of the massage she is giving. I drive close to an hour to see her there at Hand and Stone Ft. Worth.

Jenny was great. She addressed the areas I informed her of and applied adequate pressure. I will definitely be asking for her again.
