I was very pleased with my massage. The facilities were clean and peaceful . My therapist was very friendly and informative.

My therapist was very helpful and put me at ease during my visit. The staff are always friendly. They always have time that fits with my schedule.

My therapist was nearly perfect, but he didn't ever ask me if the pressure was good. Because I chose 'any service provider' when booking, afterward, I just assumed he was only trained in Swedish massage, rather than a deeper technique. I prefer deep on my back, and light everywhere else, but he just did light. Though relaxing, I typically leave feeling sore (in a good way) because someone really digs in on those knots. I did not feel sore and the knots are still there. I would see him again if he's able to go deeper. Next time, I will know to speak up sooner. I honestly kept waiting for more pressure, but instead, I was so relaxed I kept nodding off. That's awesome when I'm there to relax, but that wasn't the case this time. I'm used to them asking if the pressure is good. That's when I speak up. I didn't want to jump the gun, so I waited until it was too late. Please only take this as feedback, not a complaint. I like him and don't want this to be punitive...

The massage therapist was very kind and new what she was doing and asked questions and did more then others done at the other locations, she focused on what I asked her to and more. Olivia was great

Great staff. Did not like that you could hear the loud music from the cycle class next door. Was not able to relax due to the noise level.
