Reception staff was very personable, informative, and attentive. Dominique, the massage therapist, explained the process and got right to work. My comfort was attended to and Dominique upon locating the difficult spots attended to them until they were relieved. I was pleased with the process and felt the store was well managed.

Come to expect nothing less from Robin and H&S.

I was very satisfied until I learned that my next massage would be $100 versus $60 unless I signed up for a "membership". Basically your business would make more money and have happier clients if the price didn't go up after the first massage.
