This was my first massage at a store front, as I have had massage therapists come to my home before. I was weary of going to a chain but immediately the nice front desk girls and clean beautifully aesthetic reception area had me very excited for what all was next. The massage therapist I had was very kind and great! Over all great experience and I signed up immediately.

Robyn is so great! She always makes sure I feel relaxed and that she focuses on my requests! I always know I will feel great when I leave! Having a couples massage with my husband this time was a bonus!

Queen was detail oriented gave me tips on what I should be doing to help stretch. The front desk girls were very helpful and very nice.

Therapist spent majority of the time on the areas I asked her, too. She suggested using an alternative therapy (inverse cupping) which helped tremendously with the knots in my shoulders. They we totally on schedule.

I've been a member of Hand & Stone for more than a year now, and I'm always satisfied by the service provided by both the receptionist and my masseuse. The location at West 7th is always clean and orderly; the people always kind and helpful; and the massage leaves me relaxed. My masseuse, Queen, does a great job of working on the areas where I have pain or stiffness, and she's always quick to let me know how to best recover and even stretch to help. I see Queen monthly and look forward to my massage appointments.
