Luis is a fantastic masseuse. I carry a lot of stress in my back and he's always able to work through it effectively with different techniques. I was having some additional sensitivity and inflammation when I came in the most recent time and he was able to work through the knots where needed without further triggering pain in other areas - I came out feeling relaxed in places I didn't even know were tense. I so appreciate his skill, perseverance, and responsiveness to what's needed.

The facility was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist focused on the areas I was concerned about and was very courteous.

I found someone that I like at Hand and Stone and I request her every time. She listens to me and always does a great job. It is a convenient location and the staff is always pleasant.

All staff was very polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Adam was my aesthetician and he was wonderful. Very thorough in explaining the process and asking me exactly what I was looking for during my session. I paid the introductory price and felt I got amazing value.

Dominique was my massage therapist. I have received great massages in the past, but this was hands down the best massage I have ever experienced. I signed up for a deep tissue, which I had never done before, and I was a bit nervous. It was PERFECT! She was attentive and kind and made sure I was comfortable. She adjusted the pressure perfectly in areas where I was more sensitive. Areas of my body began to relax that hadn’t felt relaxed in years. I honestly felt emotional when I felt the release of tension in certain areas that had been tense for so long. I will definitely be back as soon as I can!

The facility is very inviting and relaxing. I adore my massage therapist Dominique. She is absolutely the best ever! I had no intention of becoming a member when I had my introductory massage with her last December but I joined because she was so good. Since I have been seeing her monthly and sometimes twice a month I feel so much better and not bothered as much by aches and pains. I am very happy with Hand &Stone! I just wish you would work on the wesite. It seems to always have a problem. I have never been able to book online because it says the therapist I am requesting no longer works there. I don’t mind calling but would like the reward points for booking online.

I love my massage therapist, Queen. I use her for all my massages. I did have a facial before and was very satisfied with that also

Location is great and staff is very friendly and helpful. Massage therapist was knowledgeable and made suggestions without being pushy. She seemed very passionate about her job. Overall satisfied with my experience at this location!
