I joined as a member for the great price of $49.95 for none package appointments and am not happy that the rates went up at the beginning of this year. Due to my neck injury this is my physical therapy and the change in price does make a big difference. I liked Serena and she did a great job but if the prices keep going up I will go elsewhere. I never even received an email that the rates had gone up, this is very frustrating as with gratuity and the $59.95 price you end up spending almost as much as a non-member. Also no one has mentioned or told me how many points I have when I go to an appointment.

Friendly staff, costumer service was fantastic. Appointment was on time.
